Equipment Details

Pre-engineered robotic welding systems from Lincoln Electric Automation™, including the Fab-Pak™ XHS, can enhance part production by improving productivity, quality and safety. The Fab-Pak XHS standard robotic welding cell is a two zone with a center or rear mounted robot on an H-Frame positioner. The H-Frame positioner will rotate 180 degrees to allow single load/unload access point. Each zone contains a headstock which is used for reorientation of small to medium sized parts. It allows more welding to be done with a smaller arm and in a smaller overall system footprint.

The layout of the cell is optimized to maximize the work envelope of the robot and easily be reconfigured for future production flexibility while minimizing the floor space requirements and cost.
