Profit Sharing Bonus
Every year since 1934, eligible employees have received a profit sharing bonus in December. Lincoln’s pay-for-performance culture, rewards employees for their contributions to the success and profitability of the Company. The average bonus award over the last 10 years is 40% of an employee’s year to date, base earnings.
