Robotic Fixed Table Systems


Lincoln Electric Automation offers a complete line of pre-engineered robotic welding systems based on our industry knowledge and experience. These systems are designed to be easy to use, easy to install and can be delivered quickly. Any pre-engineered system can be tailored to meet a specific requirement. You can see and understand the operation of your Lincoln robotic welding system prior to deliver and installation through a free video depicting the automated production process.

The following pre-engineered robotic welding solutions provide a table on which a work piece is fixed for applications that do not require part-rotation or repositioning.  Most of these solutions are suitable for small to medium sized parts.  The System 35 is ideal for medium to large sized parts.  Some additional features include a dual zone configuration, which allows for unloading of a part while the other side is welding, for maximum throughput and productivity.  Each system is integrated with safety rated devices that enhance operator protection in work environment.
