Innershield® NR®-152 from Lincoln Electric is designed for high speed welding of specialty coated steels.

DETAILS

Designed for high speed welding of specialty coated steels. Recommended for single pass welding on material thicknesses from 0.8 to 4.8 mm (0.030 to 3/16 in).

Features

  • Designed for high speed welding of specially coated steels
  • Soft, consistent arc
  • Porosity resistant
  • Excellent overlapping capabilities
  • Ideal for robotic applications
  • Warning: NR-5 is NOT recommended for welding multiple passes.
  • Notes: The preferred drag angle is 15°, however, NR-152 is capable of welding at zero drag angle, facilitating easy fixturing in automatic applications.

  • Single pass welding on thicknesses from 0.8 mm - 4.8 mm (0.030 - 3/16 in)
  • Spot or short intermittent welds
