FUMES DON’T STAND A CHANCE
The Prism Wall Mount units are stationary, wall-mounted low vacuum systems intended for light to medium duty extraction and filtration of welding fume. Ideal for job shops, welding schools and maintenance departments, the Prism Wall Mount unit is designed for facilities with fixed work stations and limited floor space. The One-Pak packages help simplify the selection process.
Features
- Choice of Single Arm:
- Flexible Arm - The arm is at a set length (10 or 13 ft.) and can be combined with an optional extension crane
- Telescopic Arm - Has the ability to move in and out of the normal position. Available in 4-6 ft. and 5-8 ft. lengths.
- Optional Extension Crane - Adds an additional 7 or 14 ft. to the flexible arm length
- Generous Airflow :
- Without Ext. Crane - Comes with Prism 2400 Fan (115V, 1 Phase, 60 Hz, 1 HP) that has self-cleaning concave blades and provide a 735 CFM with Prism Flexible 13 ft. Extraction Arm
- With Ext. Crane - Comes with Prism 4200 Fan (230V, 3 Phase, 2 HP) that has self-cleaning concave blades and provides an unrestricted air flow of 1750 CFM
- Choice of Starting Controls:
- Starter/Overload Switch - Provides simple on/off operation when an Arc Sensor/Lamp Kit
- Arc Sensor/ Lamp Kit - Turns the fan on when the arc flash is sensed. Hood-mounted lamp/fan switch allows for easy manual light/fan operation
- Self-Cleaning MERV 16 Filter - Easy to install, front-loading filters that cut down on filter replacement costs and system maintenance
- Spark Arrestor - Functions as a pre-filter for larger-sized particulate
