LINCORE® 96-S Metal-Cored Submerged Arc Wire ideal use where a higher hardness is required which produces a high carbon, 420 stainless steel deposit and typical application on Caster rolls (Roll Rebuilding, Metal-to-Metal)

DETAILS

LINCORE® 96-S Metal-Cored Submerged Arc Wire can be used on work rolls and backup rolls when water spray causes pitting on tool steel deposits, recommended 801 primary flux and 802 secondary flux. Composition and properties depend upon dilution. Single layer deposit properties depend upon base metal and/or build-up material.
