CLEVELAND, July 13, 2011 -- The PBS NewsHour recently visited Lincoln Electric’s global headquarters and manufacturing operations in Euclid, Ohio, to tape a story on the Company's performance-based culture and business model. The program's Business and Economics correspondent, Paul Solman, toured several locations within the manufacturing facility and spoke to employees about piecework and other aspects of a culture that have has helped drive the Company’s consistent growth over the years.
