Metal sculptor John Goss created these metallic mascots for two high schools in Michigan. The dragon watches over Kalkaska High School and the other stands in front of Mancelona High School, home of the Ironmen. Both stand approximately 15 feet tall and are made almost entirely of scrap material.
John relied on a Lincoln Power MIG® 255 wire feeder welder and Super Arc® L-56 MIG wire for the welding portion of the projects. He was pleased with the performance of the welder and could not say enough about its fine performance.
