Blue Max® 316LSi MIG (GMAW) Wire

MIG (GMAW) | ED019300

CLASSIFICATIONS:
AWS ER316Si
ER316LSi

BLUE MAX® MIG 316LSI is designed to be similar to 316L but with a higher silicon content for optimum ease and speed in MIG welding

DETAILS

BLUE MAX® MIG 316LSI has a high silicon level for increased puddle fluidity and toe wetting. Controlled ferrite content allows for maximum corrosion resistance.

Features

  • Q2 Lot® - Certified Material Test Report showing actual wire composition, Country of Origin and calculated ferrite number (FN) of each lot is available online in the Certificate Center
  • Proprietary surface lubricant for steady feeding and arc stability leading to exceptional performance at high wire feed speeds
  • High silicon level for increased puddle fluidity and toe wetting
  • Molybdenum grade for increased corrosion resistance
  • Controlled ferrite content for maximum corrosion resistance
  • Similar to 316L, with higher silicon content for optimum ease and speed in MIG welding and smooth bead appearance
