Neutral Flux Lincolnweld® H-535™ Submerged Arc (SAW) Flux is an austenitic manganese alloy, producing tough, high-strength deposits that will work harden under impact. Best used in applications with high impact and low abrasion.

• Produces a deposit with good abrasion resistance, allows some machinability
• Low carbon martensitic deposit
• Hardness range is 24-45 Rockwell C, depending upon the actual welding procedure usedDeposit carbon, alloy content and hardness depend upon the ratio of flux melted to wire melted. High voltage promotes high carbon and alloy contents, while low voltage promotes lower carbon and alloy content.
• Low carbon martensitic deposit
