Lincore® 30-S

Submerged Arc Welding (SAW)

Ideal for building up on carbon and low alloy steels. Use as an underbase for carbon steel parts prior to hardfacing.

DETAILS

Ideal for building up on carbon and low alloy steels. Use as an underbase for carbon steel parts prior to hardfacing. Great compressive strength under heavy loading. Deposits are generally crack free, machinable and can be flame cut. Deposit thickness is unlimited.

Features

  • For automatic and semiautomatic operation on mild and low alloy steels
  • Unlimited deposit thickness
  • Intended for build-up before final overlay, and as a final surface for metal-to-metal wear with moderate impact

Typical Applications

  • Tractor rollers, Trunnions,
  • Idler, Crane Wheels
  • Shafts, Track Rails
