Lincore® 55 Flux-Cored (FCAW-S) Wire

Metal-Cored Submerged Arc (SAW) | ED031121

CLASSIFICATIONS:
EN/ISO : T Fe2

Lincore® 55 Flux-Cored Wire is designed To be used on carbon steel, low alloy steel and manganese steel. Typical application on Crane wheels, Blower blades, Rail ends, Skip guides, Cams and transfer tables with unlimited layers (Metal-to-Metal)

DETAILS

LincoreĀ® 55 Flux-Cored Wire delivers a deposit which resists metal-to-metal rolling or sliding wear as well as mild abrasion. Composition and properties depend upon dilution. Single layer deposit properties depend upon base metal and/or build-up material. Cold parts should be warmed to at least 25ĀŗC (75ĀŗF). Higher preheat of 150 - 260ĀŗC (300 - 500ĀŗF) may be necessary on thick parts or heavy sections. Interpass temperature between 150ĀŗC (300ĀŗF) and 200ĀŗC (400ĀŗF) do not affect the hardness of LincoreĀ® 55 significantly.

Features

  • Delivers a deposit which resists metal-to-metal rolling or sliding wear as well as mild abrasion
  • To be used on carbon steel, low alloy steel and manganese steel
