Products in this category are iron-based with a large amount of chromium carbides in a hard matrix. These alloys are designed for severe sliding abrasion accompanied by low or moderate impact.
Features
- Iron base chromium carbide alloy designed for applications subject to severe metal to earth abrasion with moderate impact
- Can be used at temperatures up to 704°C (1300°F)
- Can be used on carbon, low alloy, manganese and stainless steels and cast irons
