DETAILS

Iron-based with a large amount of chromium carbides in a hard matrix. These alloys are designed for severe sliding abrasion accompanied by low or moderate impact.

Features

  • Can be used on carbon, low alloy, manganese and stainless steels and cast irons
  • Deposit is limited to two layers
  • Iron base chromium carbide alloy designed for applications subject to severe metal to earth abrasion with moderate impact
  • Can be used at temperatures up to 704°C (1300°F)

  • Ripper Teeth

Welding Positions

  • Flat/Horizontal

Shielding Gas

  • 75-90% Argon / Balance CO2 98% Argon / 2% O2
