Low Alloy steels designed for rebuilding of carbon or low alloy parts used in applications involving non-lubricated rolling or sliding Metal-to-Metal wear. This product is for high impact applications.

Features

  • Metal-cored wire with low carbon deposit, which forms softer, tougher martensite than other roll alloys
  • Works well with Lincolnweld® 801 Flux or Lincolnweld®802 Flux

Typical Applications

  • Metal to Metal wear rebuilding/repairing occuring by rolling, sliding, impacting
  • Castor Roll

Welding Positions

  • Flat/Horizontal

Shielding Gas
