Ideal for building up on carbon and low alloy steels. Use as an underbase for carbon steel parts prior to hardfacing build-up applications, works best in Metal-to-Metal Build-Uo appliactions.

• Voltage 29(Volt) • Wire feed speed 250(in/min) • DC+ Polarity, Current 200-325(AMPs) • Deposition rate 21.1(lb/hr) Flat/Horizontal welding positions • Work hardened at 28-38(RC) Hardened and/or water quenched 38-42 at 2 layers maximum for build-up hardfacing. • LINCORE® 33 Composition and properties depend upon dilution. Single layer deposit properties depend upon base metal and/or build-up material.
